Unfortunately... I bought my 2022 Outback Wilderness at Bert Ogden in Edinburgh TX, what a RIPOFF,(Bunch of crooks) They did not live up to expectations. Hicks however, a whole new world in comparison, they dont overcharge me, the staff is courteous and professional. I simply cannot wait to buy my new Subaru (when needed) from Hicks. Just waiting on a new model, and I'm gonna throw my $Money$ at 'em!
From the moment we walked into the building we were greeted with so many friendly faces. KC was our sales person and she was amazing. Trina put the deal together and Amanda worked on the financing! Upon arriving I was happily greeted by Raymond Orona who was going to be my salesman for my time there. I informed him I was there for a specific trim and color and he pointed me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and answered every question I had. I had a tremendous experience at Hicks Family Subaru. I came in for an oil change for my Ascent and walked out with an Outback after the excellent Sales Team talked to me and made the impossible happen by pairing me with a slightly used vehicle that brought my monthly payments down, gave me better gas mileage for my commute to work, and gave me a more fun ride! Trey was amazing and made my first dealership car buying experience such a pleasure. The GM was also very friendly and made me feel welcome. The entire experience was pleasant and stress free. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a Subaru to bring them your business. They worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and it was a 10/10 experience overall.
