Went to them after having to many issues with Lowes. Hicks was quite a bit cheaper and a bigger selection. The new owner was great to work with. They did their measurements and gave me to price within 24hrs. We put our order in and a week later they installed the carpet. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Will use them for future rooms .
I will never ever ever use Lowe’s again for any service after the care and quality I received from using a local service provider. The time they took to help me pick helped me choose a great choice. The showed up in days after my purchase to instal; which I greatly needed to move in on Xmas morning for my family. People walk in and love my carpet. You get what you pay for and this place is the best choice.
Wow!!!!Today 5…. Yes 5 men showed at time scheduled to knock out one room. Hicks & Sons goes above & beyond to make sure the customer gets only the best! Quality product & professional install! Many years ago carpet was put in by a company which I won’t name. ( you see their false commercials on a regular basis) worst experience ever… all work is contracted out & nothing was like what the sales person sold & 1-2 people showed up for a one day install that ended up being a week & coming home to a toilet sitting in my livin... read more

Researched local flooring options and glad I did. Leora and Allen worked with us in-store. No pressure sales, but absolutely attentive to the customers wants and needs. Knowledgeable about their products and the process. Good communication. Moved quickly once we decided we were ready to purchase.
