Personally, I would not recommend this builder. I’ve been in my home one year (new construction) and have experienced more issues than I cared for within the first couple of months, but I didn’t make it a big deal because they fixed them. However, one of the issues that they “fixed” reoccurred and I was told there was nothing that could be done because it’s cosmetic. True Homes has dirty tactics. Combining neighborhoods without informing homeowners and no agreement. Changing laws of the HOA. Making up their own rules
Don't even THINK about buying a home in this community until you have obtained and read a copy of their HOA CC&R's (covenants, conditions and restrictions). Make sure you have a fair amount of time, because it is 72 pages long. Here's the reader's digest version: if it looks nice or benefits the home owner, you can't do it. Good customer service professional people. Real house not premade homes. True homes uses quality products for their homes very well made. I'm very happy we bought a home here. Thank you.
True homes provided us with the wrong materials on our first home and decided to do nothing knowing they messed up. This was very unprofessional on there end and down out wrong. We have to take them to court in order for them to compensate us for putting the wrong materials on our home. Please if you can use another builder don't trust true homes.
