At my consultation Michelle took the time to explain clearly what the process would be. There was no hard sell and I was given literature to read through in my own time. Then when going for the treatments, Michelle explained exactly what she was doing at each stage. I felt really comfortable with everything from start to finish and would definitely recommend HIFU Clinics UK.
Friendly staff but absolutely no follow up… which is disappointing, especially after spending over £500! The procedure was more painful than I was advised and the outcome was disappointing. I had HIFU and microneedling combined. My face was really painful for about a week…. I couldn’t chew properly due to the pain in my jaw. I don’t feel the discomfort was worth the outcome. A lovely, clean, tidy and professional establishment. Maureen is a kind and considerate soul who greets clients warmly, instantly putting them at ease. Maureen made sure that all the necessary admin was in order prior to any treatments. The clinician (Michelle) is clearly experienced with a wealth of knowledge and very professional. It certainly helps to ease the nerves knowing that you are in good hands. Michelle made sure to walk me through the process, questions were answered, and aftercare advice was provided.
