We absolutely love your facility. It’s always clean and /or plowed and all the lights add so much to the safety of the facility. Steve is always wonderful to work with and we love the convenience of your establishment. However, I do not agree with all the rate increases. We have been here since you opened and moved from another facility to High Country. Your rates are so much higher than others. Nice clean facility. Highly recommend them. Both the grounds and the units. Several key pad locks that require a code are used for security measures. One to open the front gate and others to open the doors to the buildings. And of course the customer provides an additional lock to secure their unit. Staff is courteous, helpful and professional.
