I have been storing with high mountain storage for 8-9 years now. The first owners were not good at all, but since these new people have taken over they have done spectacular. It's plowed during the winter. They keep an eye for anything suspicious going on. They work with you, if you get behind and they always call you back. They are good people and I definitely recommend them. I have looked around at other places to store, but I haven't found anybody that compares to that them and their storage facilities!

I have stored belongings at the Donnelluly facility for several years. And over that time, have had a multitude of experiences. The first devastating item was losing the ability to pay for my space/units. And the owner was willing to accommodate both themselves and my family by offering to "purchase" and dispose of 2 vehicles i was unable to fix and or pay the rental space on. High Mountain Storage is the best storage facility in Donnelly or McCall! Large storage spaces at a very reasonable price! And centrally located with easy access in and out if the facility!

Reservation process was simple and easy and manager called me back asap with directions. This will be my first year using them but so far it’s looking like a great choice!
