The owner and an employee came out to do an evaluation of our gutters on a Saturday! He was cordial, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my concerns about the gutter set up...one of which was to have one of the upper roof's downspout linked to our rain barrel. It was very easy to get a quote, very convenient and efficient through online tool to get all organized, including my special request to not use any chemicals at all. Punctual, polite, nicely cleaned up. Suggestion to consider for future: It would be great to have the option to treat the roof with a Water/Vinegar or similar that is 100% nature and health friendly; we collect rainwater.
