I can't say enough about the quality repair work performed by Chris Whitmore today. I was having problems with my garbage disposal. Chris was able to quickly identify the problem and completed the repair in no time. He was so personable and professional. I will definitely call on him again should the need arise.
RecommendedJimmy May just repaired my hot water pipe under my kitchen floor and he provided very professional, knowledgable and courteous customer service for over 35 years. In a new house, have my little girls 6th birthday party, lots of family in from out of town... What happens the day after the party... Sewage in every drain of my house... Now I have a house full of guests and no working facilities... AND it's presidents day and no places are open... Ooh wait! Priority plumbing is on its way!!! Had a great experience. The service professional was friendly. He called and said he was available earlier than originally scheduled. He came in fixed the problem and left the work area clean. I will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks for everthing! I'm just sorry I forget the technicians name.
Had a service call with Justin this morning. He was quite early, answered every silly question and very amiable. The estimates given before the work commenced seemed reasonable, knowing that had I attempted even the simplest fix myself, it would have been much more! He even offered to clean up the traveled floors as I'm out in a county area with my yard flooded from last nights storms. I had such a wonderful experience with High Priority plumbing. We are first time home owners with lots of questions and Ben Haro(our service person) was awesome. He was punctual both times he came to our house and very professional and patient. He explained to us how to maintain our new water heater to get the longest life out of it. I also had to deal with the office as well and Denise was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. Thank you so much High Priority!
