Had a service call with Justin this morning. He was quite early, answered every silly question and very amiable. The estimates given before the work commenced seemed reasonable, knowing that had I attempted even the simplest fix myself, it would have been much more! He even offered to clean up the traveled floors as I'm out in a county area with my yard flooded from last nights storms. RecommendedI had such a wonderful experience with High Priority plumbing. We are first time home owners with lots of questions and Ben Haro(our service person) was awesome. He was punctual both times he came to our house and very professional and patient. He explained to us how to maintain our new water heater to get the longest life out of it. I also had to deal with the office as well and Denise was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. Thank you so much High Priority!

High Priority Plumbing is the best! We've had a number of issues with new home and high priority has been amazing. They are fast and offer the most reasonable prices you will find in Atlanta. Thanks to our incredible technician, Dee for always be at our house the same day any issue comes up. He goes above and beyond every time we've worked with him.
I'd like to say that i was very pleased with High Priority Plumbing service received the evening of 12-01-2015, my water had been out over two weeks and Eric can in and 15 minutes later i had hot water. I am very thank to him, he was surely a professional in getting the water heater working. Again thank you Eric.

Talk about EXCELLENT SERVICE! Michael Waters provided the best ever! I rarely write a review unless the service provider shows me he/she is knowledgeable, explains what is being done, cleans up after doing the work, is courteous, and thanks me for the opportunity to do the work for his/her company.
