Ray Bailes, Jr. provided excellent service for us today. He was prompt and very attentive to our needs and resolved issues quickly. Very personable and let us know every step of the way what he was doing and whether he was successful. Thank you for taking good care of us.
We were going through our home warranty and Hi Priority was assigned to us. We already had 2 diagnostic reports from 2 other independent companies stating our hot water heater needed to be replaced with specifics. Hi Priority came out and determined it was a breaker issue even though it was already stated power was going to heater. He flipped the breaker and reset hot water heater.
