Christian Brumbley from High Priority Plumbing came out for a leak we had. He was very friendly and took his time to locate the leak. The water issues didn't duplicate themselves like last time so was told to just record the pipes if it happens again. I would most definitely use them again and appreciate his integrity. Will recommend them to my family and friends.
Ray Bailes was knowledgeable and professional. He was informative and gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. He’s definitely by far the best plumber that I’ve encountered.
Hi Priority was assigned to us via Choice Home Warranty. We already had 2 diagnostic from 2 different companion stating we needed new hot water heater due to broken thermostat and heating elements. Hi Priority came yesterday and without checking hot water heater determined it was a breaker switch fault even though power was going to heater. The agent d flipped the breakers and reset heater. He did not stay around long enough to see if even worked. It didn’t. I would never trust this company to do any work for me!
High priority plumbing did great work for me on multiple occasions and provided me with details and was happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing services you may need!
