We were going through our home warranty and Hi Priority was assigned to us.  We already had 2 diagnostic reports from 2 other independent companies stating our hot water heater needed to be replaced with specifics.   Hi Priority came out and determined it was a breaker issue even though it was already stated power was going to heater.  He flipped the breaker and reset hot water heater.  He did not stay to see if that actually solved the problem.  It did not.  He said call if that didn’t work.  I would never trust this compan... read more
