My friend and I celebrated the Fourth of July at High Steaks, and everything exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to our server, John, who has been with the restaurant for over 30 years. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations made the entire experience even better. We started with Old Fashioneds, the bone marrow, and the jumbo shrimp cocktail. The bone marrow was rich and flavorful, and the shrimp were some of the biggest I’ve ever had. We both ordered the $89 Pre-Theater Menu, which included an amazing wedge... read more

Had heard good things about High Steaks, and they lived up to our expectations. On arrival you're wisked up 50 floors in a glass elevator. The atmosphere is quiet and calm with panoramic views of the strip and Las Vegas valley. Arrive just before dusk and there's a good chance at seeing a gorgeous sunset. What about the food you ask? Our party of four was all very pleased. They start you with warm bread and both regular butter as well as a mustard butter that is quite unique. Everyone recommends the Pastrami Glazed Bac... read more

We stopped in for a quick drink and bite before our show. 🎭 Since we only had about 30 minutes, we kept it simple and ordered espresso martinis and a few appetizers. I had the espresso martini without cream, and it was incredibly smooth and delicious. 🍸✨ I also ordered the chopped salad with the dressing on the side. The dressing was similar to a pepper ranch and was really flavorful. 🥗 My husband ordered the French onion soup and rated it about a 6/10. 🧅 He also got the fried asparagus, which he enjoyed. His favorite ... read more

If you are looking for an exceptional, high-stakes dining experience in Vegas, this is it. From the moment we arrived, the evening was flawless. Stephanie, our host, set the tone for the entire night. She welcomed us. Alan and Alexandra with were incredible warmth and professional that immediately made us feel like VIPs. Their coordination and welcoming presence were top-tier. The rest of the team didn't miss a beat either. Everyone was remarkably knowledgeable about the menu, offering perfect recommendations, and the hospit... read more

Never in a million years did I expect to enjoy a vegetable impersonating a steak more than a prime rib—but that’s exactly what happened with the lion’s mane “steak.” If I had access to this where I live, I might seriously consider going vegetarian. Don’t get me wrong, the prime rib was excellent—but I kept drifting back to the lion’s mane like it had some kind of gravitational pull. The sommelier’s wine recommendation didn’t just pair well, it genuinely elevated the whole meal. Even the Brussels sprouts held their own, which... read more
