Staff is busy but very warm and caring. We sometimes have to wait for help but we see they are busy with other patients so we are patient. I'm impressed with every department.

Business staff are great. 4-5⭐ CNA's are loving and caring. 4-5⭐ The physical therapy staff are absolutely amazing. 5-5⭐ What I liked the most was the staff and the activities. What I disliked the most was the food. Honestly they need kitchen staff that know how to cook.... ☹️

Contacted facility regarding my sister, a new transfer to facility. Immediately put in contact with her nurse. Judie was pleasant informative and asked for my permission for my sister to call. My sister did call the next day. My impression is communication is readily available and caregivers are very in tune with their patients.
