Overall staff is very responsive to requests and questions. Sometimes the “rules” don’t take in account that we are adults not children. For example using the pool…I have four teen grandchildren but if they are visiting we can’t all be in the pool area together. I always check first to see if other residents are using the pool and if they are we wait until later to swim. Its difficult to say only two of you can swim at a time. My husband and I moved to Highlands at Aero Park in May and still feel as if we are living in a dream. This community looks like and feels like an upscale resort. The amenities are too numerous to note. The office staff, Hilary and Tammy, are very attentive to any question or issue you may have. The maintenance technician, Chris, is a GEM! Oh and I can’t forget to mention the planned events. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call HOME! Thank you to the Aero team

We moved into Unit 244 which is beautiful and we do like the unit. However, as we continue to complete the Move In Checklist, we see issues nearly every day including the 2nd day we arrived when we went to purchase over $300 worth of groceries only to find out from the GE Rep who came to the unit a couple of days later that the Refrigerator was not even installed properly. Chris was not able to remove the shelf from the "California Shelving Cabinets" in the MB closet but was able, ahead of schedule, to re-install our screens after window washing. He also made a suggestion concerning the cabinets which we're currently considering. Chris is a big asset to Highlands at Aero Park and should be recognized for his friendly and efficient follow up.
