Located in beautiful Flagstaff AZ, Highlands Floor Coverings has been a family owned and operated Mohawk Floorscapes Dealer for 10 years. We are the only store in Northern Arizona where all our installers are Highlands employees, and we have installation managers that do both pre and post walk throughs, checking on installers throughout the installation process. We sub contract nothing out, and we check on our jobs daily. Highlands Floor Coverings is very diversified, specializing in commercial, retail, new home construction, property management, and apartments. I just want to say that the professionalism and quality of work at Highland Flooring is excellent. After a bad experience we were having with another local company, we switched to Highland Flooring to finish our tile projects. They did an amazing job and stood behind their work! I wish we had gone there first. But I will next time!! Thank you Dave Baker and crew!

I arrived at the store and was very impressed by the level of service that I received as a customer looking to buy new flooring for my home. The staff was very knowledgable in my flooring needs for both my living area, hallway, and bath. The price was more than fair after I shopped around with a few of stores but felt based on the service and the quality of the products this was the best choice. I will use this store again in the future for any flooring needs and or questions I may have.

Just had wood look porcelain tile installed, and it looks fantastic. Hard to tell it's not real wood. Highland's installers were amazing; on time, quick, and did a beautiful job. We're very happy.
