Joey has been incredible. My situation has been a very complicated one and she stayed late at work so she could talk to me and help me out with my situation. If not for her, I'm not sure I would have been abe to get this done. Customer service these days is getting harder and harder to come by and Joey epitomizes what Customer service looks like. I hope she is paid well, she certainly deserves it.
It was truly an unusual experience. However I must say Jake my contact person was very professional and very concerned caring person for others. When dealing with everything via text, phone & computer, it can be very frustrating for folk who are not as computer savvy. But because of Jakes patients, & assistance I was able to navigate the system. In fact he was totally at my side the whole time. I want to Thank him for his professional role in this. In my relocation, the new home has central mailboxes that required access to the mailbox number and a key assigned to the box. I emailed Highvines and they recommended I go to the Post Office. After three weeks later and many trips to the Post Office for resolution and a few calls to the HOA Administrator, I still did not have access to my mail. I have had a great experience with the. Highly recommend renting through them, especially if your coming from another state and don't know what your getting yourself into. I did virtually, and was nervous, but was pleasantly surprised. Anything wrong, they fixed immediately.
I am currently working with Luke at HighVine Homes. What a terrific account rep! Very knowledgeable and diligent. In fact everyone I dealt with at the company was fantastic! Highly recommend!
