Great experience, KORD was super helpful and accommodating. Stayed after hours until I could make it to show me the unit. Super satisfied with my visit if recommend this place and mainly kord anytime!!
The storage manager was on site and was friendly, professional and efficient.

I don’t usually come back and change a negative review but felt it was necessary in this situation. The previous staff I dealt with was horrible but this new manager Angelina was awesome. Unlike the previous staff she was dressed professionally, had a great attitude and completely changed my mind about leaving and finding new a storage option. Thank you for the top notch customer service Angelina!
