Everyone was very kind and professional. Fairly easy process. Only thing I would change would be if you could pay Credit Card companies directly instead of mailing us the checks. Thanks for all your help.

I did not get the closing documents from the closing company. They sent me the link that did not work. I left them a couple of messages to send me the copies and they have not responded.

Honestly the mortgage process can be painful and unpleasant. Hilda and Malcolm made this process COMPLETELY the opposite! They were professional, attentive, responsive and an absolute joy to work with! I am so grateful for them and your team.
