Terrible. Booked a storage unit online. Got confirmation code and unit number emailed to me. Went to the unit the next morning and it had a lock on it. Called 5 times in an hour and a half, left 2 voice-mails. All during business hours. Finally spoke to someone and was told that they would email a person to come remove the lock. Was told that this person would contact me. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard back. Called yesterday in hope of getting a refund.
