The online process works great. The place is clean and the gate and the storage unit doors function flawlessly. All the people are knowledgeable and are eager to help you with any questions. I would highly recommend this place.
The storage manager was very prompt in returning my call (it was after hours) and she got me set up in a unit in no time. Had issues with my debit card and she knew just what to do. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. Definitely will recommend!!! Thank you!
Onsite gate will not close or is defective, I am not happy with this property at all. If they can not secure their own gate then how do they protect the units.
Not really good a good place to store anything sense storage pro took over my wife lost all her sheet music because there was a huge rodaint out break over at the storage facility
We had a unit here for years, and when they were purchased by a bigger company this year they raised rates over $50 and didn’t even tell you! just charged you for it. we ultimately ended up cancelling our contract and going elsewhere.
