The staff is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making every visit a breeze. Their expertise and care make me feel so comfortable and valued. I can’t recommend Dr. Eric and his team enough for their amazing dental care!
I had not seen a dentist in over a decade due to a bad experience in the past. Dr. Vetter was very understanding of my past with dentist and made sure to explain everything to me and take time to get to know me. It’s hard to find an establishment that has good bedside manner and actually cares about your treatment. Starts with such a warm and welcoming reception! They truly know who you are. When I am at my appointments, I am at a place that makes sure I am getting the best possible outcomes provided by true professionals. It is such a high level of service provided, with excellent attention to detail, that is mixed with a group of people that I actually look forward to seeing again. I can't recommend this place enough!
My husband and I are new patients at Hill Country Family Dental and we both had great experiences here. Dr. Vetter was extremely kind, professional, and took plenty of time to address our concerns. We both had cleaning and X-rays and Dr. Vetter did a very thorough job. The front desk staff and hygienist were also very kind and professional. Additionally, the office is clean and bright. Overall a very comfortable and welcoming environment.
Hill Country Family Dental has been in business about one year. Eric Vetter, DDS, purchased the business from my dentist who retired. My family and I had visited the prior dentist for about 19 years. So, I was a bit anxious to start with a new dentist. But, Dr. Vetter and his staff have been great. They are very courteous and professional and take complete care of our dental needs. If you are new to NW Austin or looking for a change, I recommend Hill Country Family Dental.
