The information their employees tell their pet owners and maybe promptness returning a message in a reasonable amount of time and not just read their messages and ignore people.

You know it is unfortunate that it has become all about money for this clinic and not providing a caring service. Especially to established clients when their fur babies are in need. We have used this clinic since we moved here in 2017. Last year they diagnosed one of my chihuahua with collapsing trachea. They explained all the possibilities and sent us home on meds. Things improved with the meds but mind you we were advised that this is not a fixable diagnosis in our case. Fast forward to yesterday....we are having a flare ... read more

We paid $200 deposit just to get our cat in. He was having a bad infection/kidney or bladder stones. We got quoted almost $600 total. He was catheterized. There was no surgery. They gave him some antibiotics and an iv drip. After he improved, they fed him. He was looking much better after only 2 days but they insisted on keeping him for 5 total days. When we asked if we could put another $100 towards his bill till we got paid in 2 days, we were denied. They fully intended to charge us $60 more to keep him for 2 more days if ... read more

Took my Soxs to see the doctor. I thought she had been poisoned, it ended up being a bulging disk. They treated her and gave her medication to manage the pain and now she is almost back to her old self.

No time, no compassion but completely fine taking hundreds of dollars just to send your dog home to die. Then not even having the decency to call someone back after the fact. Does not answer emergency calls even though there's a number given. Dr. Katherine seems pretty cold. I sure miss Dr. Richardson.

I have brain cancer and I HAD a $2500 applehead Chihuahua. he threw up and I took him to Hillcrest paid them over 300 dollars to get my baby feeling better. Today I buried my little baby and don't get any of my money back. don't bring your animal here if you love them. they are cons working for the dog pound. they only want your money and don't care if your animal lives or dies. The humane society is investigating.

Dr. Catherine helped me get Cody’s allergies under control, and also helped with her arthritis so she could live a more productive life. Cody is 14 years & 8 months And now it’s time for Cody to cross over the rainbow bridge to be with her sister Aspen, brother Toby, mother Willow & her other Friends from Canaanland. I can hear the voice of the late great Dr Richardson whispering, you owe it to that dog, for when she can no longer eat, drink or go to the bathroom on her own-it’s time

Took my dog to get spayed Monday and surgery went fine thankfully. However I asked for some pain medication for her and they didn’t seem to think I would need any. I thought it was odd but went on home. The next day she was in pain I could tell she was panting and very subdued. No signs of infection ect. She was just hurting 😞 So I call the vet and they REFUSED to give me any pain medicine for her. You get cut open and part of your insides removed your gonna have some pain. The lack of empathy is horrible. The really ironic... read more

We are very sorry to hear about your experience! We always strive to give the very best care and customer service for our clients and their furry family members. Usually spays do not require any additional pain medication because they receive long acting pain injections with the surgery but we would be interested in knowing who you spoke with the following day that declined ongoing pain medication when it was obviously needed. We are very thankful for your feedback because there was an obvious breakdown of communication in t... read more
