Thank you to the team at Hillcrest for always making sure my 4 fur babies are taken care of! No matter the location you visit, they all come at you and your pet with a smile. They always address all needs presented and make the handling process so easy.
I brought in a loving stray cat to get checked out and neutered. They were so thorough and compassionate (poor cat got carsick on the way). The vet took the time to explain everything to me and was patient with my questions. The prices are very reasonable and they have a very nice facility. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything you did for us today!
It was my first time visiting Hillcrest, I was not impressed. It was for a wellness check, flea and heart worm meds and vaccines for my GSD Bruno. There was no hands on by the vet. She approached Bruno rather abruptly, and scared him. He climbed up on seat with me and very nervously growled at her. He was facing the window. Not her. She made me muzzle him. This place is awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. My animals love them Nemo
I had a wonderful experience at both locations. Not only did they actually find out what was wrong with my senior cat(after months back and forth with another vet office) they were so compassionate and understanding when I had to put her down a few months later. I highly recommend both locations.
