All positives for me! I am thoroughly enjoying living in this well-thought-out community. Beautiful brand new facilities, the 1 bedroom apartment I’m in feels roomier than I expected, lots of time and resources have been spent on their lovely landscaping, thoughtful extras like artwork in the lobbies, patio furniture, barbecue grills, and shuffleboard are much appreciated, and all the extras like emergency cords, sprinklers in every room, and handrails in the rooms as well as hallways make me feel safe and reduce worry for ... read more
Don't waste your time! My elderly mother was trying to find a rent controlled apartment in the Carmel area. This place had a lottery with TONS of people on the wait list. She heard back much earlier than we anticipated and wondered why that may have been. Turns out, your income has to be somewhere between 38k-43k and your rent for approx 750sq ft will be over $1,000.
