Carrie and Hiller really helped us when we had a broken water pipe and had to have the new floor replaced. They evened cleaned as I had recently eye surgery. The floor looks amazing
They knowingly allowed their workers to install bad vinyl planking. After a 4 day install, we cleaned everything, bought and put in floor bases and moved all the furniture back in ourselves. When we made a follow-up call, we were told that the planking was bad, should not have been installed and will need to be all torn out. Will never hire them again or recommend their services.
