I honestly don’t know how they have all these 4½–5 star reviews. Either they’re paid for, or Google is boosting them, because my experience has been nothing short of terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been passed around to multiple caseworkers (I’ve lost count), and every single time I’ve had to call for updates myself. They rarely call me, and if they do, they never return my calls when I try to follow up. The communication between them, me, and the other parties is absolutely horrible. Cynthia has been keeping us updated about our case even if there was no change bc that are still working on the same thing. As soon as something new happens she calls us right away to let us know what is going on.
