I was recently a new patient at your office. The staff was great! Dr. Harnois the assistant and the hygienist were very professional and pleasant. My experience there was outstanding! Until I got to the front desk and a young lady with red hair was very rude and obnoxious to me and my questions. As a professional in the medical field I think your front desk employees are very important, for they are the people you first have interactions with. I just felt it was an upset at the end of a great appointment.

Overall a good experience but I was a little taken aback by the cost.... $1400 for a temporary crown . My wife seemed to think I was charged for the cost of both the temporary and permanent crowns . can you please confirm that was the case .

I have to give the dental office three stars this time. While I think very highly of dr Harnois, his skill set, and his bedside manner, his hygienist appeared on the surface to be nice but was also very insulting. I left thinking, "what just happened?"
