Bummer at Hipergas Today 😞 So, I found Hipergas last year and thought they were cool with good prices and service. But today, not so much. I brought in two tanks—one empty, the other half full. The tech said the price is based on weight, fair enough. After he filled them up, I got the receipt (no amount) and went to pay. Surprise! The office guy says it's $32 total, with a $16 flat fee for all tanks, no matter what's inside. I argued, and he blamed the tech, saying it was his second day and he didn't know the prices. I stopped and drove in to fill up and honked as your instructed. No one came out. I called and was told they close at 5 pm. I got there at 4:40pm. He said they stop filling up at 4:45 pm so they can pick-up . Great I am here early. No dice Apparently they dont need my business. There is no one available.
Went at around 9 am because it said it was open. I arrived and the gates were closed. I called the 201 number with no success. Honked twice as the signage said with no success.*I appreciate the response from the business. I would recommend you contact Google and change y'alls hours. It seems like I'm one of multiple community members that were misinformed.
Honestly híper gas has very poor customer service. You try to support local businesses and you get bad service. I’ll just go to Walmart .
They were fast and efficient... If you live in the Horizon City area this is a great place to get your propane tanks refilled!!! Highly recommend.....
