Update! Hive Pest Defense has just redeemed itself by removing the deceased! Multiple homes in my area are trying to defend themselves from squirrel and raccoon invasions. In response to my call on Monday, the technician removed a squirrel from a client's nearby home, believing the request was satisfied. So, the owner took care of the slight mix-up this evening by removing the carcass and relocating the trap. Cody did great the first application right after signing up, but now it's impossible to get ahold of him. We were told the owner is the one doing services and we got sent some kid that had no clue if anything and was zero help, I've tried for 2 weeks in multiple ways to get someone out for an issue and it's a freaking ghost town. I would highly recommend using them! I had a bunch of wasps around my house and a few old nests and was getting concerned that I was getting infestation. They were able to come out the next day and work around my schedule. The pricing was great and it didn't take long for him to spray the outside of my house, inside of my house, and back shed.
