Really is a workhorse and very reliable I have had every brand of printer and this one is the easiest to use, reliable and very fast! Would highly recommend it.
Warranty Replacement Went very smoothly. The FAQ and the support suggestions did not help if it does not come out of the failure message and mode.

price is right i just replaced an identical model which had crinkle paper problem and could not fix even after new toners and drum. cheaper to buy a new one. old one for parts.
Large paper drawer!!!! The paper supply drawer holds an entire ream of paper (500 sheets). Uses inexpensive toner cartridges that yield an impressive number of pages each. Print speed is remarkably fast and duplex and wireless make the printer comparable to much more expensive office laser printers. If there ever was a perfect laser printer, this may be it!
Good office printer I have had this printer for about four years. It served it's purpose well while I had it. I do large amounts of printing for the real estate industry and this printer definitely held up to the capacity. The last year though I did have problems with it crinkling the paper during two sided printing. All in all I recommend this product it did last me four years before I had to replace it with yet another Brother product.
