Moved to Cheshire CT recently with my family. We required gas for our kitchen stove. It was a long 4 month process. The design team assisted with the fireplace we wanted. We made several calls to follow up for next steps, however it was well worth the wait. The guys were polite, helpful and final installation was great. Thank-you Hocon Guilford Team & Jay.
Right before Christmas we finally finished our long search for a gas fireplace insert. We had priced sets at 2 other places and the price was disappointing! At Hocon, Rich gave us straight answers that we could use a less expensive gas log set in our 80 year old fireplace. The process went smoothly and we had a fire glowing for Christmas! Kudos to all the Hocon elves!🤩
