Terrible. They "obtained" a Social Security settlement for a period of time I was out of work with an operation. The settlement was due November 22, 2017. As of Jan 10th, 2018...nothing. They collected a fee of more than 4,000(no court appearance required) but never advised me that the settlement would be paid by electronic deposit. That was the first question 2 of the 3 SS reps asked me..."why didn't your attorney make you aware of that?" Now...I get a 1099 for 2017...but I've NEVER RECEIVED ANY SETTLEMENT. First 3 times...excellent. This last time...total nightmare. They obtained a Social Security settlement for the time I was out of work. But they never advised me HOW I would receive it(direct deposit) nor did the letter from SS mention direct deposit. Then they said "they fixed" the problem, but I still have never received any settlement. Even thou they collected a fee and list themselves as a Social Security Disability Attourney...they've given me the number to SS and left me to try to obtain the settlement myself. Have used them several times...always really good UNTIL NOW. They secured a Social Security settlement for me(operation...out 13months) but never followed up on, according to a lawyer I spoke to, "how, where and when" their client would receive the settlement. Social security tried to electronically transfer the funds to an account I filled paperwork out on....3 YEARS AGO. Was supposed to receive settlement 2-3 days BEFORE THANKSGIVING, as of DECEMBER 13TH...still nothing. SO FAR...this has cost me a days pay, incredible str... read more
