We were able to make a reservation for 6 people for dinner a week in advance. We ordered the honey KFC chicken, truffle potato pancake, hojok galbi, spicy galbi, ramyun fried rice, and perilla oil noodle. The honey KFC chicken tasted like a standard Korean fried chicken. You could certainly get something of similar quality somewhere else for a lower price. The truffle potato pancake was really crispy. Most of the flavor was in the sauce. Went there with my friend for dinner after hearing lots of good things about it! We weren’t able to get a reservation so we went in right when they opened at 5. We got the signature Hojok Galbi (highly recommend), Shin Ramen Fried Rice and Mont Blanc! Everything tastes super flavorful and cooked to the right timing. One caveat is that their food is pretty oily, but I don’t mind it because of its flavor! The service and interior are really nice as well:)
This restaurant hasn't been open for long but has quickly become one of the hottest spots in Koreatown. Expect to wait a while during prime time if you haven't made a reservation. Their dishes pack the rich flavors of Korean street food, leaving a lasting impression with perfectly portioned servings and quick service. It’s ideal for anyone interested in Korean street snacks. I highly recommend their short rib and ramen fried rice.
All the appetizers we tried were very good, our favorites were the octopus rice cake and the potato pancakes. Eat the pancakes when hot and fresh! Short ribs was delicious and the fried rice had a lot of butter in it (we recommend taking the chunk of butter out of the bowl before serving, gets really greasy) The pork jowl was too fatty for us so we will not be getting it again. Overall, an excellent experience, great food and vibes.
I love the food and the atmosphere here. The menu offers a selection of dishes to suit any taste. This place is perfect for all occasions, from date night to a night out with co-workers; you can’t go wrong. Shout out to Daphne for always adding to our experience. We’ll be coming back for sure!
