This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen! The staff does not wear scrubs, you can’t tell who works there or not. They tell you that it’s against the law to have rails on the beds, so your loved ones end up lying on a cold floor for hours, it in fact is not against the law to have bed rails so they don’t fall out of bed. There are no fall alerts used. No bathrooms in the rooms. They bring in a potty chair for the bedridden. Disgusting! I bet half the people working there are not licensed properly. We are so grateful for the care our father received during his last time with us. The care and compassion of the staff is outstanding. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the building itself. It was a military barracks before and the concrete walls are a little industrial. But the staff does everything they can to make it feel like a home.

My dad had a brief stay at Holiday Heights. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond. I really appreciated their hospitality.

My rehabilitation experience was positive. The staff demonstrated professionalism and provided attentive care. The meals were satisfactory, and medication management was consistently maintained. I established meaningful connections and intend to revisit the facility.

Holiday Heights is a wonderful, family oriented place. Every time I go to see my grandmother, the staff is so friendly and helpful. My grandmother said the cna are so sweet and consistent, full of compassion. A cute little home with a loving environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone , looking for a home for a family member.
