Part 2: There were several residents in the shared common room watching television, there was a lively game of Bingo going on at the time. I heard a lot of laughter and fun banter going on at the table. the activity director at the time was Alex. She had a very up-beat, bubbly personality and the love she had for the facility and the residents was palable. She gave us a tour of the facility.
