We used Holly and her team to renew our mortgage with a new lender. Holly and her team did so much work behind the scenes to make sure the transition went smoothly and she followed up with us consistanly to make sure we were kept in the loop. Holly and her team are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend.

Used Holly as a recommendation from our lawyer as she is local. Holly was quick to reply - which is why she got two stars. But she was very "transactional" and non-personable. Did not even congratulate us on the purchase of our home - just got her cut and never heard from her again. There are plenty of other mortgage brokers that are personable and celebrate, or at least congratulate, the largest purchase of your life. Do not recommend.
Holly is fabulous to work with, she really cares about getting you the best rates. And she gets in touch with you many months before your mortgage is up for renewal to let you know she is already working on it!! I highly recommend her!
