This was the first time I've been into the Germantown Road store at this location. I asked the person who was assisting me something about the difference between a Fromm dog food and Fromm cat food the same name. She didn't miss a Beat. Most employees in this store are very impressive, with the way they handle customers and their knowledge of their products. Store itself is clean and organized. Personally, I very much enjoy this location.
Great selection, pricing, and unsurpassed customer service. The associates in the store are cordial, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance.

Always helpful, always friendly. We moved last year and this store isn’t as convenient and there are closer stores but we prefer the Cordova store still.
The people there were very friendly and helpful and Emily helped me find a good dog food and buddy loves it and his new treats as well
