I had the best experience today! A collar that I had bought for my dog a few years ago was getting old and a piece became sharp and had rubbed by dogs neck bare. When I went in to exchange it, the sales ladies Gwenyth and Elizabeth were fantastic. They helped replace the collar, recommended medicine and gave my dog a toy. They were so apologetic that a product had done that. I am so thankful that these women were there and were so unbelievably kind.
