I love this place!!! My first time there, I had called first to see if they had a specific item ( which they did) Emily was so nice on the phone and encouraged me to bring my pup since he was in his crate all day. When I arrived I was met by 2 more very friendly team members! mcKayleigh and a gentleman ( I didn’t get his name) but I was blown away by how informative and knowledgeable they were! This is not Pet People anymore. It is located right beside Crumbl so it smells amazing in there! Everything is organized and easy to find. They have some of the most knowledgeable staff. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help me find the perfect items for my pets. They have cat and dog foods- holistic, natural, raw, kibble and wet food. They also have a great selection of treats and toys. It's clean and the baths are well stocked. Love this location!
This is an amazing pet supply store! Every single member of the staff is knowledgeable of the products they keep in stock and have provided me with advice and help with my new puppy (including a new puppy check list). I have gotten advice about what treats and chews my puppy should and should not have as she goes through the teething process, a deep dive on the food they stock and the different options for her breed, and suggestions for toys. Always very nicest! I've used their self-serve dog wash rooms 3 times now and they're so fantastic. They're clean and large and you feel like you're in a darn dog spa. The people that work in there could not be nicer and more patient and I just feel like they've got the best of the best when it comes to pet store employees working there and there are many pet stores in Raleigh. They'll do whatever they can to make you happy.
Great store, great location, great customer service. Emily was super informative, helpful, friendly, kind; I have too many great things to say about her. She helped us find exactly what my fur baby needs and loves. Emily has a lot of knowledge on not only pets but the Hollywood Feed brand. Shes extremely passionate and you can tell genuinely cares about each customer, their needs and the needs of their pets. Thank you Emily!!! I am hoping the owners see this as Emily deserves recognition for being outstanding.
