Been there multiple times after it changed from Pet People to Hollywood Feed. After 4 visits with consistent poor experiences I have found a new place to shop. FYI-I had at least 8 neighbors agree with my observations

No longer offer to carry heavy items to car
I don't believe you want me to give my honest feedback at this time. I have referred several family members to the store and have always been pleased, but this past weekend I took my daughter and between the 2 of us we spent over $120 . After we cashed out, while STILL STANDING at the register I remembered I had some coupons. You send me emails ALL of the time. And the 1 day I remember and want to take advantage of, the young lady/woman/person said I could not. I could go elsewhere, cheaper, but I go to this store.... read more
