I buy lots of things for my grandog. When I bring her in she is cautious. Everyone knows how to handle her fear. Staff is always friendly and helpful. She is also very shy when we take her in to get a bath and have her nails trimmed. But she never comes out upset. And they color her nails if u want them done.

Great customer service. Our dog wouldn't eat and they suggested different foods and even gave us a coupon to try a new flavor. They even helped me to the car with the huge bag of food I bought. So accommodating! We love Pet People!!!
