Every time I've ever been in this shop I have received nothing but outstanding service! Every single employee just goes above and beyond. This most recent time I asked for help lifting a heavy bag because I am pregnant and was put on bed rest and the young lady working even carried it to my car for me! Absolutely outstanding! I will gladly pay the higher prices for this level of service!

I prefer going to Hollywood Feed over Pet Supplies Plus. However, there are coupons as well as foods that they carry that Hollywood Feed does not. For example, Zignature Small Bites. Also when they send 10 and 20% off coupons we go there. They are within 5 mins of our house and Hollywood Feed is 15 mins. We like the customer service better at Hollywood Feed but when it comes down to it with rising costs we are going where we can get discounts.
