We go through about 40-50 hours of classroom-style training each year to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. All of this helps us to make the best recommendations to spoil your fur-babies! Come back and see us again soon!
We love the groomer and feel she does an awesome job. Not really excited about the sales staff. Make it difficult to do custom orders and challenge the price when comparing to Chewy. Sometimes I will go to a different location just to avoid the sales staff.
