I would have given 5 stars except you guys keep running out of the organic chicken feed and that is extremely bad for my chickens. I had to wait a week last time, making it necessary for me to change their food to another brand and type of feed. I was not happy. The young people working in the store are always very nice and helpful though, and I like that. But you know how it is... if you repeatedly run out of something it will be THAT which people remember. Please fix this issue.

I was a customer of Rucker since their store opened on Bethelview and Castleberry Roads before moving to its present location. I have seen a lot of changes. I am disappointed in the constant turnover in personnel at this location. I enjoy the food choices your store provides but this location has cut a couple of the items my pets enjoy. The Capellini fish treats & the green tripe in frozen chunks, not sure why they were discontinued. The personnel is always pleasant whoever they are but would like to see consistency. ... read more
