There was an employee that helped me select a cleaning product for my carpet. He was sincere in helping me determine the best product for my need, by reading all of the fine print on the back of the labels with me. I had to come back the same day and purchase more. He recognized me and asked how the cleaning was going. I only wish the store had been stocked with more of the product, as I had to buy even more cleaner from a competitor.
