The Flower Mound location is always clean and the manager and staff are always so friendly and helpful - I have recently recommended two of my clients to this location and they both love it.
Great customer service! The associate introduced my dog to a new treat and my dog LOVES it! Will be back to get more stuff from the treat bar as well. The cashier did not rush me at all and was attentive.
I’m in love with this store. They always have my dogs specialty food in stock. One employee was leaving for her shift and had clearly clocked out, but she stayed to check me out! Wonderful customer service. You guys are awesome!
