I love this store! It is super organized and they have everything the big box stores have, it's just less chaotic. Every time I am there, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Most recently, Katie and Kevin really went above and beyond to get a specific collar that I wanted. The store has a local, small business vibe, and I would go to Pet People before going to any other pet store.
It's always a pleasure to shop at PetPeople!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful from the moment I walk in the door. What a joy it is to chat with them about my cat, Sammy.
