We've been coming here since they were in the other store, and we love it. We get all sorts of supplies for both our dogs and cats here. The staff is always friendly and we use a ton of.things they have recommended for us to try over the years.

Great customer service
I'm giving a 3 star rating simply because there are no incentives for customers, no perks for continuous spending in this store and the prices are not low. It's very pricey. I just feel there should be a rewards program. They claim there is and that the rewards are sent in emails but I have never received an email with a reward and I have spend ALOT of money in this store as well as been shopping for some time now. Staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly and caring so I can't give a one or a two star.
