Ya'll are great. Thanks so much for your help whenever I bring our new little guy in. Most of the sales associates are great, but every time I run into this one--I do not know her name--she acts irritated that I am asking for help. I have other friends that have mentioned this to me also, but didn't take it to heart until I experienced it. That being said, I am thankful you are in our neighborhood for our new furry members needs!

I had an online order processed two items at two different locations. Unlike the other store, the store manager at fayetteville took the initiative to contact customer service herself and remedied the issue. She even stated if that didn’t work , she would’ve simply gave me the item from her store and would fixed the issue later. The store attendant was very professional and polite. This is very clean. I will be returning to this specific hollywood feed location going forward. Plus the free dog treats was awesome!!!

Same Day delivery is a huge covid luxury but even before it was nice not having to make a special trip when you don't realize you've run out of food! And the ladies that work the counter are so nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely worth the loyalty. Good products that, although more expensive, are actually good quality. And they always pack little sample treats in the online order bag! 10/10
