I had a great experience all around. Dr. Torres and his team are amazing. From the 1st appointment to the surgery day everything was professional, friendly, clean, and efficient. I was very nervous about getting my 2 bottom impacted wisdom teeth removed, I worked myself up a lot the days leading up. I had a tooth that cracked in half and needed to be removed. All the personnel were very nice, competent and efficient. They explained everything to me very well. The doctor was great. Very friendly and personable. He explained everything and my options. I opted to have an implant put in. The extraction and the implant went smoothly and painlessly! I love this Oral Surgery and Dentist’s office. The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Torres is wonderful. This is my second time there for a tooth extraction and thankfully it went well. Still recuperating but so far so good. Thank you Dr. Torres and staff for taking such good care of me.
They really know what they're doing here. They've taken things that have traditionally been a terrifying experience and made them pedestrian. I was out of the office less than 30 minutes after they took out two wisdom teeth. I had the pleasure of being operated on by Dr. Berenstein. Everything he told me in the consult was right. Could not have asked for a better experience. Got there early and they took me in immediately; friendly, expert staff and Dr. Torres lived up to his advance billing: cool guy, friendly, informative and tried hard to put me at ease while explaining what he recommended and why. I wanted a second opinion from my regular dentist and got the best I could hope for. Surgery scheduled within a week! Unheard of. My highest recommendations!
