We were more than pleased with our new finished basement floor! Donna is very organized and responsive at the beginning of the process, Kevin & Scott installed our new floor. Kevin is a true professional, he is dedicated, and very proud of his work. You don't see that level of customer service often these days. You are very lucky to have these employees! Thank you all

They take pride in their work, and are extremely responsive every step of the way. After dealing with contractors who are unreliable, I was beyond satisfied and impressed with both the service and the product from Holmes Carpet Center! I wouldn’t recommend any other flooring company!
We recently purchased carpet from Holmes Carpet Center. The whole experience was extremely positive, from choosing samples at the store, to having the carpet installed. Donna and Dave were knowledgeable and professional. We had complete confidence in their advice. The installer and his assistant did a perfect job from removal to completing the installation. We have had carpets installed over the years and this was by far, our best experience. I would highly recommend them.
